What will it cost to build?
A planning range for commercial interiors in El Paso and West Texas, based on what we actually pay for labor and material here. Sixty seconds, no email required.
Where the money goes
Typical allocation at the midpoint. Your split moves with the drawings.
What this range covers
- Labor, material, equipment and supervision for the construction scope
- General conditions, supervision, cleanup and punch
- Contractor overhead and profit
- Texas state and local sales tax on material
What it does not cover
- Permits, impact fees, plan review and inspection fees
- Furniture, fixtures and equipment you buy directly
- Owner-supplied signage, POS, security and low voltage
- Site work, parking, utilities to the building, landscaping
- Bonds — if P&P bonds are required, tell us before award and pricing is re-evaluated
- Abatement of asbestos, lead or mold found in existing construction
This is a planning range, not a bid, a proposal or an offer, and nothing here is binding on FormaCore TI LLC. It is built from El Paso-area cost history for commercial interiors and carries the spread you would expect before anyone has read a drawing set. A number you can hold us to requires a permit set and a site walk. Rates last reviewed September 2026.
