Yes. Roughly half of it is standalone — quoted to other general contractors or directly to owners and facility managers, separate from any construction contract with us.
No. We are a commercial contractor. Occasional light work on a mixed-use or multi-tenant property is fine, but single-family service calls are not what we are set up for.
Licensed electricians working under our Master Electrician of Record, as Texas law requires. We do not hand your job to an unlicensed crew and sign the permit.
Yes, and we price the premium honestly up front rather than discovering it later. Occupied-site phasing is routine for retrofit work.
Bonds are not carried in base pricing. If payment and performance bonds are a contract requirement, tell us before award and we will re-evaluate pricing with our surety.
